To follow up on the recruitment selection process for the pre-service Teacher Professionalism Training assessor selection process, the Directorate General of Teachers and Education Personnel will carry out Targeted Selection Interview training online through the Directorate of Teacher Professional Education. For four days, from July 4 to 7, 2022, Mrs. Fitri Yuliawati joined the Targeted Selection Interviewer (TSI) Training and Certification for Candidate Assessors for Pre-service Teacher Professionalism Training Entrance Selection Batch 11.

The pre-service Teacher Professionalism Training Program aims to produce professional, civilized, knowledgeable, adaptable, creative, inventive, and competitive teachers while also contributing to the improvement of education in Indonesia. Furthermore, pre-service Teacher Professionalism Training graduates are required to exhibit the following characteristics: Oriented to students and their learning, have an Indonesian spirit by adhering to every precept in Pancasila and the state motto Bhineka Tunggal Ika, and are fully committed to the teaching profession, have good basic beginner competencies, namely mastering the structure and flow of subject knowledge for student learning, seem to be skilled in creating a comfortable and safe classroom environment for students to learn, and each student's empowerment toward independence and self-reliance, have the habit of reflection for their professional development and Lifelong learners who master 21st-century capabilities, particularly the capacity to cooperate, think creatively, solve issues, and communicate, have the fundamentals of successful leadership as class instructors, school community members, and community members.

To get a candidate for Teacher Professionalism Training Pre-service student candidates, along with 11 other friends who came from supervising professors and teachers from the elements. Fitri said the information throughout the four days was really valuable, especially in the recruiting process. The Targeted Selection Interview training was held online with lecturers from the Cirebon Maritime Academy, STAIN Teungku Dirundeng Meulaboh, STKIP PGRI Pacitan, Darul Ulum Islamic University Jombang, Mathla'ul Anwar University, Malang State University, Yogyakarta PGRI University, and the Bandung City Education Office, as well as two teachers from SD Negeri 1 Pendowo and SMAN 2 Tulang Bawang Udik Lampung.
