According to the IPG presentation, there is a significant difference in alum distribution between the State Islamic University of Sunan Kalijaga and IPG. Alums of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Education Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Kalijaga are better prepared to work as teachers, assessors, counsellors, and educational entrepreneurs. Alums were personally taught as Malay instructors while at IPG. Because this IPG collaborates with the Malaysian government, all IPG graduates go directly to work.
