On Monday, June 6, 2022, the Student Association of the Bachelor of Education for Islamic Elementary School Teachers Program welcomed the State Islamic University Raden Fatah Palembang in an offline comparative study activity at the 2nd floor Convention hall building. This comparative study aims to strengthen trust and cooperation between the Student Association of the Bachelor of Education for Islamic Elementary School Teachers Program and the Bachelor of Education for Islamic Elementary School Teachers Program from the State Islamic Universities of Sunan Kalijaga and Raden Fatah Palembang. Mrs Dr Hj. Maemunah, M.Ag, the head of the Bachelor of Education For Islamic Elementary School Teachers Program at the State Islamic University of Sunan Kalijaga, opened the event. All lecturers at the Bachelor of Education For the Islamic Elementary School Teachers Program at the State Islamic University Of Sunan Kalijaga welcomed all students and families from State Islamic University Raden Fatah Palembang. After the opening remarks, the gathering introduced student organizations, study program profiles, and company values.
Following the introductions from the two Student Associations, the activity continued with a sharing session on how to empower graduates of the Bachelor of Education For Islamic Elementary School Teachers Program and instil the perception that graduates would face higher challenges in the future. All students and lecturers participated in the sharing. As an alumnus of the Bachelor of Education for Islamic Elementary School Teachers Program, Dedik Prihatmoko, M.Pd provides insight and evaluations of the curriculum for graduates of the Bachelor of Education For Islamic Elementary School Teachers Program in preparing future educational improvements.
It is hoped that future comparative studies will highlight critical things and produce outputs beneficial to both parties.
