Evaluation and study plan for odd and even semesters
The event of the Course Evaluation Work Meeting for the Bachelor of Education for Islamic Elementary School Teachers Program Faculty of Tarbiyah and Education State Islamic University of Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta was attended by several lecturers from the Bachelor of Education for Islamic Elementary School Teachers Program and the dean authorities from the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Education on Wednesday, January 19, 2022, at the Artium Yogyakarta hotel Mrs Dean Prof. Dr Hj. Sri Sumarni, M.Pd., Deputy Dean II, Dr H. Zainal Arifin Ahmad, M.Ag, and Deputy Dean III, Mr Dr Imam Machali, S.Pd.I, M.Pd. attended this meeting. Several topics were discussed, including the need to manage international cooperation and be able to collaborate with several worldwide campuses. It provides a focus and insight into the Bachelor of Education for Islamic Elementary School Teachers Program's activities for the next semester. Future learning activities will continue to be carried out in a blended method, which necessitates online learning to be supported by a good and communicative supporting system.
The Bachelor of Education for Islamic Elementary School Teachers Program's goal in developing Outcome Based Education-based learning is to deploy the new curriculum in the following semester. Vice Dean II, Dr H. Zainal Arifin Ahmad, M.Ag, highlighted that the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Education deserves to be recognized as innovative since it is fully prepared for digitalization. Some of the feedback and evaluations directed the lecturers of the Bachelor of Education for Islamic Elementary School Teachers Program to conduct learning with qualified digitalization constantly. Another hope expressed by Deputy Dean III, Mr Dr Imam Machali, S.Pd.I, M.Pd., was that all students in The Bachelor of Education for Islamic Elementary School Teachers Program study program should be allowed to compete in every competition and with students from other campuses in national or worldwide competitions. Publication of excellent students becomes the focus of study programs to enhance assistance to students or students with different skills. Mentoring and publication will increase the visibility of study programs and faculties in different contests.
Mrs Dr Hj. Maemonah, M.Ag., head of the Bachelor of Education for Islamic Elementary School Teachers Program and secretary of the study program Ibu Fitri Yuliawati, S.Pd.Si., M.Pd.Si., continued the evaluation. She described several evaluations of the odd semester learning implementation. Fitri Yuliawati, S.Pd.Si., M.Pd.Si., explained the activity report at the beginning of the opening. Among the points she underlined were:
- All students are satisfied with the results of the lecturers in the Bachelor of Education for Islamic Elementary School Teachers Program in odd semesters.
- The Bachelor of Education for Islamic Elementary School Teachers Program has resulted in 29 quality criteria and preparation for re-accreditation with FIBAA.
- Research and service by lecturers and students have progressed to the publishing study program level.
- The teaching quality index can be disseminated to students to realize the index's value for lecturers who teach courses.
- The following required strategy is support for student copyright works.
- Create a community for student publications by looking at students' potential and collaborating with HMPS.
- International cooperation Collaboration with PSMP and PSMF, as well as assistance from the deputy dean III
- HMPS can socialize, guiding filling up the satisfaction index.
The work evaluation in odd semesters is intended to provide a worthwhile study resource for the Bachelor of Education for Islamic Elementary School Teachers Program in offering excellent services to students. Communication will be essential for carrying out all learning in even semesters. It is hoped that all of the components that have been evaluated will be improved and advanced in collaboration with all lecturers at the Bachelor of Education for Islamic Elementary School Teachers Program Faculty of Tarbiyah and Education State Islamic University of Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta.
