Breakthrough of Bachelor of Education for Islamic Elementary School Teachers Program with Work Program in 2022

Bachelor of Education for Islamic Elementary School Teachers Program Faculty of Tarbiyah and Education State Islamic University of Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, attended three-day work meetings held in Grand Valley Resort, Bandungan, Ambarawa, Java Middle, from March 18 to March 20, 2022. The Faculty of Tarbiyah and Education welcomed professors and Vice-Chancellor 1 IAIN Salatiga Prof. Dr Muhammad Saerozi, M.Ag as the speaker for this activity with the theme "Weaving Together for Success and Blessing". Dr Hj. Maemonah, M.Ag, head of the Bachelor of Education for Islamic Elementary School Teachers Programme, and Fitri Yuliawati, M.Pd.Si, secretary of the Bachelor of Education for Islamic Elementary School Teachers Programme, together with the Dean, Deputy Deans 1, 2, and 3, then Chair of the Senate, Head of Education Laboratory, Head of Quality System Controller Faculties, Heads of Subdivisions and Heads of Subdivisions, 17 Heads of Study Programs and Secretaries of Study Programs ranging from Bachelor, Master and Doctoral programs, As part due, other Education Personnel took participation in a Working Meeting activity as well as faculty development workshops.


In 2022, the Bachelor of Education for Islamic Elementary School Teachers Program explained work programs that may be classified into four categories: lecturers, students, study programs, and brains. Concerning work programs for professors, activities such as OBE Assessment or Outcome Based Education training and acknowledgement of collaborative research between lecturers and students are still being held this year. Furthermore, the national journal writing workshop is an important work plan for lecturers to improve their writing quality. There will also be lesson study activities for Bachelor of Education for Islamic Elementary School Teachers Program lecturers, which will result in research projects ready to be presented to LITAPDIMAS UIN Sunan Kalijaga and the Central Ministry of Religion. Work plans for students are the same as in previous years. Therefore for seminars on munaqosah proposals, it is hoped that the study period for Bachelor of Education for Islamic Elementary School Teachers Program students would be consistent with the time level specified.


Zero DO activities are still offered to produce students who can complete their studies on time. In addition, the Bachelor of Education for Islamic Elementary School Teachers Program provides Resource and Reference Management courses for the Zotero and Mendeley applications to maximize the capacity for final assignment writing. Furthermore, the thesis supervisor in the Bachelor of Education for Islamic Elementary School Teachers Program tries not to exceed seven persons per supervisor in order for the final task guidance process to go appropriately. In terms of quality study program management, the Bachelor of Education for Islamic Elementary School Teachers Program will continue to ensure that internal quality audit activities and external quality outputs function smoothly in 2022. Furthermore, the process for FIBAA International certification has reached the stage of submitting the SAR/Self Evaluation Report this year. Cluster 3 includes the Bachelor of Education for Islamic Elementary School Teachers Program, as well as five other study programs: the Bachelor of Islamic Early Childhood Education Program, the Master of Islamic Early Childhood Education Program, the Bachelor of Education for Islamic Elementary School Teachers Program, the Master of Education for Islamic Elementary School Teachers Program, and the Bachelor of Islamic Education Management.


Hopefully, the Bachelor of Education for Islamic Elementary School Teachers Program will receive international certification this year, allowing it to carry out Merdeka Learning activities at the Merdeka Campus. To resolve this, the Study Program, in collaboration with the team, created a guidebook for the Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka implementation, which is used as a reference in MBKM activities. There are five study programs related to the otaker, the first being Al-Bidayah Journal, HMPS, PGMI PERS, Alumni and Association. Concerning the Al-Bidayah Journal, it is envisaged that the actions to submit to WOS (Web Of Science) may be completed successfully in 2202.
The Study Program has set up a team to assist the Study Program Student Association (HMPS) to each Department, beginning with the Department of Education and Intellectuals, the Department of Human Resource Development, the Department of Media, Communication, and Information, the Department of Action and Strategy, and the Ministry of Social Affairs and Spirituality, each received three assistants. It is hoped that the work programs at HMPS will be mutually sustainable with the work programs in the Bachelor of Education for Islamic Elementary School Teachers Program as a result of this.


In terms of alumni will continue to collaborate with study programs to organize beneficial activities for alumni who are members of the Bachelor of Education Alumni Association for Islamic Elementary School Teachers Program (IKAMI) and students, lecturers, users and stakeholders. The Association of Bachelor of Education for Islamic Elementary School Teachers Program is also maintained with the aim that all of the lecturers of the Bachelor of Education for Islamic Elementary School Teachers Program's extended family can support the lecturers' performance.
